Artisans is open to the public and seating is limited, reservations required. Children 12 and older are welcome to dine in Artisans Dining room service begins each evening at 6pm. Artisans is an intimate, warm, and cozy fire-lit restaurant that extends out to the Lodge’s wide covered porches in the Spring, Summer and Fall. The dedicated culinary team offers a full menu based on farm to table cuisine. The cuisine is seasonally inspired and New American in tradition, but voyages wonderfully and mysteriously into the world beyond. The Lodge has an exceptional wine collection that ranges from the modest to the illustrious.
