We focus on using local, seasonal, and sustainable produce sourced from local growers and distributors, so to our menu changes weekly depending on what is available and of the highest quality. Our menu is in constant evolution so we don’t have a set sample menu.We draw on our heritage to provide a dining experience that reflects our history and culinary journey from the tables of Europe to some of the best in Australia. We want all of our guests to feel like they are entering our home, and to experience the best we have to offer in terms of environment, hospitality, and culinary expertise.
