PROFILE
Over the course of its long existence, Les Amis has gathered multiple awards for its classic French cuisine and also for its dazzling wine list, with more than 2,000 bottles housed in the temperature and humidity controlled wine cellar. Executive chef Sebastien Lepinoy is from France and has his own technique of using French techniques with modern aesthetics, while always focusing on sourcing quality ingredients and premium seasonal French produce. Pastry chef Cheryl Koh is also an award-winner.

Set over two storeys, the restaurant has an air of old-style grandeur, with its high ceilings, velvet walls, twinkly chandeliers, and original artworks.

SERVICE
Personalised service, with all the grace of an earlier era, and with many of the staff members having been with the restaurant for years, they are able to discuss both food and wine with the benefit of their experience.

FOOD
Chef Sebastien produces a selection of set menus that are prepared only for the entire table, along with a formule a la carte, at a fixed price for the selected courses. The menu changes frequently to include fresh seasonal items. Wine pairings are offered. The menu is robustly French, and is concise. In addition to its usual service, Les Amis offers a curated dining experience for groups of over eight people.
